  had nothing but complications after getting my 2nd VW from this branch. my car was in for a service last week and they have managed to loose my book, with proof of services and MOT's. I only realized today because i need it as i am selling the vehicle!!. I called them to ask if they had it to be told they have never seen it and it wasn't in my car. when its always in my glove box?. i have now took my onward purchase to VW in Huddersfield as the staff are more welcoming and have some conman sense between them. id post a 0 star review if i could!
